Shipping policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt, excluding made-to-order product requests. Our delivery is always free with orders from Eur 60.00. Alternatively a small delivery fee will be added to your check-out before paying.

International Shippings: Free starting from Eur 60.00 or calculated upon check-out for smaller orders. We ship using express couriers. Customs charges: Parcels ordered from international destinations may be subject to local customs and import charges, over which we have no control over unfortunately! Customs will request payment of these (if applicable) upon delivery, necessary for release of your parcel.

Returns, Exchanges & Return Shipping:

Madreperla accepts return requests made within 14 days after receiving the original purchase. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging and all tags.

We are unable to accept the return of customized items as well as sale items. A partial refund may be granted if an item is not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or if it is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

The refund process: Once we receive and inspect your package, provided all requirements are met, Madreperla will issue a refund within 7 working days to the same payment method used for the original purchase and send you a confirmation email. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time. Processing time may vary depending on the Credit Card Company.

Please note that you are responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging or returning your item.
